With this system all calls are routed via network wires so there is no need for voice AND data wiring. You can plug a USB headset into your PC and have great quality calls from your network or anyplace that has Internet (with your laptop). The flexibility for NetSolutions technicians offers them ability reroute calls to any location nationwide at no cost. Employee numbers now exist in a workgroups which can route to individual cell numbers and voicemails are easily categorized via PC and shared among the team. Unified messaging using chat, e-mail, and PC based call routing are just some of the features that automate previously manual tasks using VoIP at no cost.
